Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

As all services are custom and time-based, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
